This role ensures shelves are stocked and organized overnight, preparing the store for the next day. If you enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity for you.This job is eligible for same day offers as part of our Direct Hire program.Pay & ScheduleStarting Pay: $19/hrShift Differential: Additional $2.00/hr for 3rd ShiftSchedule: Sunday-Thursday 11pm - 7amResponsibilitiesUnload, organize, and stock merchandise on shelves and displays.Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.Ensure aisles are clean, organized, and safe for customers.Assist with backroom organization and product rotation.Provide excellent customer service when approached for assistance.QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required.BenefitsCompetitive pay with shift differential.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.Paid time off and holiday pay.Employee discount program.Opportunities for growth and advancement.Great benefits for great people.
