Job Description Job Description Description: South Bay property management company seeks a Part-Time Resident Manager to manage a 25-40 unit building in Cerise. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Perform janitorial duties such as mopping, sweeping andpicking up trash - Collect rents (on occasion) - Post notices to tenants - Prepare receipts - Enforce rules and regulations of the building - Purchase inventory for the property - Perform leasing duties for vacant units - Manage vendors for work needed on property and for vacantunits - Perform minor maintenance tasks - Promote a sense of community within the building - Provide customer service and problem resolution for theproperty - Perform semi-annual unit inspections - Must have industry or customer service related experience - Must have a smart phone and be proficient with usingemail. - Must have good communication skills, both written andoral. - Use smart phone apps to complete job duties Requirements: The best candidate will be customer service oriented, organized and be a good working with people. Please send resume. Compensation: 1/3 off the rent of a one or two-bedroom apartment price, plus $16.50 an hour with a max of 26 hours per month.
