These needs typically involve a significant expenditure or cost savings and impact a wide range of functions. Also, provides expertise to lower leveled consultants. This is the highest level in a career progression.How You Will Make an Impact:Provides expertise to lower level consultants on the analysis of business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needsDetermines specific business application software requirements to address the most highly complex and varied business needsMay lead teams of analysts assigned to the most complex projects, typically those of highest importance and impact to the way in which we do businessAnalyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needsLeads the identification, prioritization, and refinement of business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and value deliveryCollaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to align delivery objectives, resolve competing priorities, and ensure successful implementation of business solutions.Monitors feature and capability progress, identifies risks and impediments, and escalates issues impacting business outcomes.Provides leadership in establishing and communicating business priorities across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and large-scale initiatives.Influences portfolio, program, and team-level planning through analysis of business value, operational impacts, and strategic objectives.Serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment of strategic goals, roadmap priorities, and solution delivery.Required Qualifications:Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 10 years business analysis experience, which should include analysis, project management, working knowledge of mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems; minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Consultant with project management skills; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting Medicaid and/or Medicare business operations, products, and regulatory requirementsSalesforce experience with development and salesforce instancesMedicare Advantage business experience preferredKnowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Sales processes, regulations, and business operations preferredDemonstrated experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization based on business value and customer needsAgile PM/PO Certification and understanding of Agile SAFe preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environmentExperience with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets, and Microsoft sheetsExposure to AI (Chat GPT, GEN AI, Co-Pilot, Spark)Experience Using Adobe Suite strongly preferredFor candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $96,480 to $166,428Location(s): California, Nevada, VirginiaIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
