We are a full dine-in restaurant seeking talented individuals to join our kitchen team as Sushi Chefs. This role involves crafting modern fusion sushi creations within a medium-sized team, ensuring high-quality dishes and maintaining food safety standards in a flexible shift environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare modern fusion sushi dishes
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate effectively within a medium-sized kitchen team (4-6 members)
- Apply knife skills and sushi making techniques
- Adapt to flexible working shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sushi preparation
- Food safety training
- Skilled in sushi making and knife techniques
- Strong teamwork abilities
