Cocinero/a de Línea
Descripción del Puesto:
Responsable de la preparación y cocción de los alimentos según los pedidos, siguiendo todas las recetas y estándares establecidos. Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y sanitaria, garantizar una presentación de alimentos de alta calidad y cumplir con todas las normativas de salud e higiene.
Preparación y Cocción de Alimentos:
- Preparar y cocinar todos los elementos del menú de acuerdo con las recetas y estándares establecidos.
- Seguir en todo momento los protocolos de seguridad alimentaria e higiene.
Gestión del Área de Trabajo:
- Configurar y mantener una estación de trabajo limpia y organizada.
- Probar y verificar la calidad de los alimentos para garantizar que estén correctamente preparados, a la temperatura adecuada y cumplan con los estándares.
- Asegurar que la estación de trabajo esté bien abastecida con los ingredientes y el equipo necesarios.
- Supervisar y rotar el inventario para mantener la frescura y calidad de los ingredientes.
- Mantener consistencia en las porciones, presentación y decoraciones de los platos.
- Limpiar y desinfectar la estación de trabajo y el equipo al final de cada turno.
- Ayudar en la gestión del inventario y reabastecimiento de suministros.
- Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad alimentaria y salud.
Trabajo en Equipo y Comunicación:
- Colaborar eficazmente con el equipo de cocina y apoyar a los demás cocineros y personal.
- Comunicarse de manera clara y eficiente con el personal de cocina y la gerencia.
- Seguir las instrucciones y directrices del equipo de cocina y compañeros de trabajo.
Habilidades y Requisitos:
- Experiencia en un entorno de cocina de ritmo acelerado.
- Conocimientos sólidos en técnicas de cocina y métodos de preparación de alimentos.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con los plazos.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Conocimientos sobre seguridad alimentaria y procedimientos de saneamiento.
- Capacidad para seguir recetas e instrucciones con precisión.
- Habilidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
