Position Overview

Saucon Valley Country Club is seeking a Banquet Execution Cook to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality food for banquets, member events, weddings, and large-scale functions while maintaining the standards of excellence our members expect.

This position is ideal for a motivated cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Execute banquet menu items according to established recipes, standards, and production schedules

Assist with preparation and service for large-scale events including weddings, club events, and tournaments

Work closely with the banquet chef and culinary leadership to ensure timely and consistent food execution

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards

Support kitchen operations including prep work, station setup, and breakdown after events

Assist with proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food products

Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless banquet service

Professional Development

Requirements

Qualifications

Previous experience in banquet, hotel, or high-volume kitchen environments preferred

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality standards

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events

Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Culinary school training or equivalent experience is a plus
