SummarySupervisors shall lead a group of team members to achieve the goals and expectations of the company while following the standards set forth by the companyEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.The Supervisor is responsible for meeting and/or exceeding safety, quality, production, and employee relations performance objectives by communicating all relevant information/major issues to Department Leader/Plant Manager I/Plant Manager II and all supporting functional areas while simultaneously working to resolve the issue. The Supervisor’s chief responsibility is to ensure performance measured by metrics in his/her area is meeting or exceeding all defined goals and performing leader standard work as defined and outlined below. This work should be completed while adhering to and complying with Company policy. Supervisors are also responsible for developing, motivating, and teaching Department Leaders to prepare them for future leadership rolesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
