Reconciliation Specialist

Responsibilities Provide the Receiving department with administrative support including computer file maintenance and general office duties. Help manage Purchase Order Confirmations, which include quantity changes, and adding/deleting items. Perform verification and reconciliation of accounts. Process and reconcile transactions of complex nature. Manages Vendor discrepancies, which include creating Purchase Orders. Manages/Solves team member discrepancies, which include creating Purchase Order and maintaining inventory integrity. Maintains appropriate files, reports, documentation and data. Ensure follow-up action as and when necessary. Support Receiving department with communications between Receiving, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting and Vendors. Requirements High School education or equivalent required Minimum work experience of two to three years Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse Repetitive use of hands and arms Eye strain from continual computer use Physical ability to lift 10 to 15 lbs Core Competencies Demonstrates strong administrative support capabilities, including managing Purchase Orders, verifying accounts, and maintaining accurate documentation.
