The Greens at Erwin is NOW HIRING Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN Night Shift!

Position Details

• PRN / As Needed

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• 12-Hour Shifts

• Flexible PRN Scheduling

• Additional shifts may be available based on facility needs

What You’ll Do

As a PRN Night Shift CNA , you will work closely with our nursing team to ensure residents receive compassionate, attentive care throughout the night.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs

• Assist RNs and LPNs in providing care based on each resident’s individual needs

• Help maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being throughout the night

• Assist with toileting, repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed

• Respond to resident needs promptly and compassionately

• Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control guidelines

• Work collaboratively with the night shift nursing team to provide quality resident care

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification in the State of Tennessee

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus

• New CNAs are welcome – we are willing to train!

• Dependable and comfortable working overnight shifts

• Compassionate and resident-focused

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
