Desired Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota SLP License and professional certification (ASHA CCC preferred)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to middle school students across two sites
• Evaluate, assess, and document progress for Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student outcomes
• Maintain thorough, timely records and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt services to address diverse student needs and progress
