Service Desk Team Lead - Global IT & Process Improvement

Alliance Defending Freedom in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Team Leader for the Service Desk and IT Support team. You will manage a cross-site group, resolve Tier 1–2 issues, and collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering to address complex cases. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in desktop/systems support with supervisory experience, strong customer service, and hands-on IT knowledge.
