What You'll Master:

Premium Concrete Polishing:

ExecuteClass A, B, and C finishes to industry standards
Operateadvanced diamond grinding and polishing systems
Createstunning decorative concrete with dyes and specialty techniques

Advanced Coating Systems:

Installhigh-performance epoxy and resinous floor systems
Applydecorative flake and quartz broadcast systems
Mastercomplex mixing ratios and application techniques

Surface Preparation Excellence:

Performcomprehensive concrete prep, grinding, and profiling
Applypenetrating sealers, topicals, and densifiers
Conductmoisture testing and substrate compatibility assessments

Position Details:

Travel: Various job sites and some overnight travel (transportation supportavailable)
Schedule: Full-time with overtime opportunities
Environment: Professional construction sites with safety focus
GrowthPotential: Clear path to supervisory and managementroles

Requirements

What You Bring:

Essential Experience:

1-2years in concrete polishing and coating applications
Hands-onexperience with diamond grinding equipment
Knowledgeof concrete chemistry and surface preparation
Abilityto achieve specified polish classifications

Technical Skills:

Experiencewith resinous/epoxy systems installation
Understandingof decorative concrete techniques
Abilityto read architectural specifications
Knowledgeof safety protocols and chemical handling

Physical Requirements:

Operateheavy equipment for extended periods
Workin various environmental conditions
Physicalstamina for demanding construction work

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

OSHAsafety certification knowledge
Specialtycoating systems experience
Validdriver's license and reliable transportation
Leadershipor mentoring experience
