Assist in performing laboratory testing and analysis to support accurate diagnosis and patient care. Ensure compliance with laboratory policies and maintain quality standards while working efficiently within a dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical, biological, hematological, and immunological tests accurately and timely.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as Sysmex, Siemens, Iris, Vision, Genexpert, Sofia, Abbot, and Werfen analyzers.
- Follow protocols for specimen collection, handling, and processing according to unit guidelines.
- Document test results and update electronic medical records (EMR) with precision.
- Adhere to safety and infection control policies, including proper use of PPE and scrub attire.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and quality standards.
- Possess ASCP MLT, ASCP MLS, AMT MLT, or AMT MLS certification.
- Have at least 1 year of laboratory technologist experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in routine lab procedures and equipment operation.
- Show adaptability to change and be a team-oriented professional.
- Candidates without Blood Bank history will not be considered.
- Preferred candidates are generalists with a flexible skill set.
