Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of the laboratory unit, you will perform a variety of diagnostic tests and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the delivery of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses following standard operating procedures.
• Perform generalist procedures with proficiency in common laboratory equipment.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with laboratory standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve laboratory practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ASCP MLT, ASCP MLS, AMT MLT, or AMT MLS certification required.
• Experience as a generalist in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
• Must have prior experience without Blood Bank history.
