Job Description

In this role youll play an important part in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting the daily operations of our clinic. From scheduling appointments and coordinating patient care to assisting with registration billing and office workflows youll help ensure patients receive efficient compassionate and high-quality service.

What Youll Do

• Patient Experience: Greet patients and visitors manage check-in/check-out answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments coordinate referrals and ancillary services manage patient messages and follow up on missed appointments.
• Registration & Financial Services: Verify patient information collect co-pays and deposits assist with billing charge posting and cash management.
• Clinical & Administrative Support: Prepare patient charts review medical records update medication lists retrieve diagnostic reports and assist with patient preparation and office procedures as appropriate.

Additional Job Description

What Were Looking For

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality.
• A positive attitude team-oriented mindset and passion for helping patients.
• Experience in medical office operations patient registration scheduling or healthcare administration is a plus.
