Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist, you will: Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and software systems. Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry. Review records and correct discrepancies or errors as needed. Organize and maintain electronic files and business documents. Compile information from multiple sources and input data into designated systems. Conduct routine quality checks to ensure data integrity. Generate reports and retrieve information upon request. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals. Provide general administrative and clerical support as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical work, or office operations preferred. Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other database systems. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to type efficiently and accurately. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Experience handling confidential information professionally. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
