Who will look everyone who enters the studio — members, employees, vendors, visitors — in the eye, call them by name, and make time for them? Who can motivate a sales team? Who listens? Who likes to stay fit and have fun?

If something goes wrong, you get it fixed. If a member is celebrating their 20th class or their 65th birthday, you make sure they’re recognized. When sales goals are set, you surpass them.

We’d love you to have Orangetheory experience, but we’ll take into consideration leadership and management experience somewhere else. Managerial experience, and what goes into day-to-day operations as well as an eye for the future is a plus.
