- Comfortable starting conversations and addressing light questions or hesitations courteously
- Reliable, detail-focused, and able to complete app-based entry on a phone

A Typical Shift

You'll arrive at your assigned retail location with your own transportation, get settled at your station, and be ready as foot traffic builds. The day moves in a steady rhythm: brief, friendly conversations, listening closely, and keeping your approach calm and consistent. Between interactions, you'll stay organized, keep your area presentable, and use your phone to enter information into the app when someone asks to be contacted. You'll finish your shift with your notes up to date and your space reset for the next day.
