Help Desk Representative

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Representative to join our team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for helping others. This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour work week. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member Keep up-to-date with new products and services, and provide recommendations to clients Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures Assist with onboarding new clients and training them on our products and services Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing exceptional customer service Meet or exceed performance metrics for call resolution, customer satisfaction, and response times Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus 2+ years of experience in a technical support or help desk role Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues in a timely manner Experience with ticketing systems and remote access tools Customer service oriented with a positive attitude Ability to work independently and in a team environment Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed Benefits: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career growth and development #J-18808-Ljbffr
