Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The population you will serve includes a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds throughout California, each facing distinct mental health challenges. As a counselor, you will work with individuals who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your role will be instrumental in guiding them towards achieving their therapeutic goals in a compassionate and supportive manner.

Qualifications\n

• Licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a mental health counseling role, showcasing a commitment to effective client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range between $110,000 and $130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer contributions.
