• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care under the direction of the RN or clinical leadership team

• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and well-being through attentive and compassionate care

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team

• Serve as a resident advocate—ensuring every voice is heard and every need is met

• Participate in care planning and implement individualized care plans

• Support a positive, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license in Missouri.

• A true passion for patient care and resident advocacy

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

• Motivation, dependability, and a hunger to learn and grow
