Client Services Executive

What to Expect Based at our headquarters in Dallas, TX, the Client Services Executive is a challenging and rewarding role which presents the opportunity to engage with all of McLaren’s customers daily. The Client Services Executive is responsible for owning communications between McLaren and our customers. This includes answering phone calls and/or responding to emails regarding McLaren products, McLaren retailers and many other aspects of the business.Being a Client Services Executive at McLaren presents the opportunity to work with all internal teams and stay current on exciting changes and announcements that affect our customers! The Client Services Executive should have strong verbal communication, writing, follow up and problem solving skills and should be results oriented to deliver the customers’ expectations. What You'll Do Answer phone or email inquiries from customers Communicate with internal teams to improve McLaren customer service Provide Tier 1 technical support Handle escalated customer inquiries including follow up and all communication Answer questions regarding various aspects of the McLaren business Communicate with attorneys Review requests for goodwill and vehicle repurchases Gather all supporting information to evaluate claims and investigate events, as required Document and report on vehicle quality Additional duties required as needed What You'll Bring 3 - 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Evidence of exceptional ability Ability to deal with multipleinquiresper day via inbound/outbound phone calls and email Ability to adapt in a fastpacechanging environment Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook and other Microsoft and related applications) Knowledge of the automotive industry is strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Excellent customer service skills required What We'll Do for You We offer a wide ranging benefits package, which includes: Structured career development framework 15 vacation days, plus 14 bank holiday days Private Medical Insurance paid by company 401k Company Matched Who Are We?
