Last Bite - Service Staff Associate
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Last Bite - Service Staff Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a positive guest experience that exceeds expectations through effective and efficient retail operations.
As part of our team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Loveguiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
Starting Rate: $14.00 an hour
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all guests feel welcomed and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Scooping ice cream, weighing and serving candy
- Stock and re-stock all candy supplies and candy ingredients throughout shift
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or sales environment.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- A guest-focused mindset with a commitment to creating memorable experiences.
