Construction Safety Manager

Construction Safety Manager Compensation and Benefits Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 per year. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and flexible schedule. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage safety programs in accordance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations. Plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA rules. Lead internal safety team in training on hazard recognition and avoidance. Inspect and evaluate workplace environments to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with engineers and physicians to institute control and remedial measures for hazardous conditions. Lead investigations of accidents and injuries and prepare material for hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations. Compile, analyze, and interpret accident data related to occupational illnesses and incidents. Develop and deliver safety training to employees and contractors on safety action plans. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of construction safety experience, specifically within Ground Up Commercial projects. Experience on Federal Construction projects. Current OSHA 30-hour safety training certificate. HAZWOPER training completed. Asbestos/Lead training certification required. Experience with Asphalt safety measures and protocols. Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and proven record of implementing effective safety policies. Excellent communication skills, with ability to train and lead a team. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to foresee potential risks. Bachelor's degree in safety management, engineering, or related field preferred.
