GP Registered Dental Assistant Tier 2

Tier 2 Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Pay: $20-23/hour | Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri (7:45-5:00) Wed (8:45-6:00) Potranco Dental and Braces is a doctor‑led practice built on communication, accountability, and strong clinical support. It offers steady hours, a structured environment, and a team that backs each other up. Core Responsibilities Assist chairside during restorative and surgical procedures Support crowns, whitening, nightguards, and suture removal Handle room setup, breakdown, and instrument management Maintain sterilization and infection control compliance Take dental radiographs (X-rays) Support charting and periodontal record updates Provide patient education and post‑op instructions Coordinate lab cases and keep workflow moving Keep treatment flow clean and organized all day Qualifications Active Texas RDA certification 2‑5+ years of dental assisting experience preferred Strong chairside and clinical flow skills Confidence taking dental X‑rays Solid grasp of sterilization protocols Reliable, team‑oriented, and patient‑focused Comfortable in a busy clinical environment Leadership mindset a plus (helping train and support newer assistants) Benefits Steady hours, modern technology to support workflow, and room to grow into a leadership role helping train and support newer assistants.
