Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts; develop targeted selling strategies
• Drive product sales across assigned territory by demonstrating products and ensuring proper utilization
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR personnel, and hospital stakeholders
• Provide on-site support during surgical cases and educate clinical staff through workshops
• Manage inventory, competitive threats, and territory planning to achieve balanced sales mix

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years professional experience, or equivalent combination
• Valid US driver's license and ability to travel including weekends
• Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Data analysis experience and results-oriented mindset
• Independent work capability in complex organizational structures
