As a Med Surg RN, you will coordinate and implement individualized care plans for each patient, utilizing the nursing process within the scope, standards, policies, values, and mission of the organization. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring optimal patient outcomes and resource management.

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on assessments
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions
• Collaborate across disciplines for comprehensive patient care
• Identify communication barriers and provide appropriate education
• Delegate patient care effectively and precept student nurses/new hires
• Employ critical thinking and work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate caring attitudes and develop therapeutic relationships
• Integrate evidence-based interventions and technology solutions
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold regulatory requirements
• Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives

Qualifications include an unencumbered RN License in Colorado or Compact State, BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications. Med/Surg experience is preferred, and you must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
