We specializes in the care and maintenance of commercial facilities.Position Overview: Service repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systemsExcellent customer service Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needsQualifications Required:Valid driver's license and insurable driving record5 + years commercial HVAC service experienceSt. Louis county Journeyman License, or willingness to obtain once employedBoiler maintenance and repair experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentEPA Universal CertificationWork from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladderUnderstand and communicate benefits of preventable maintenanceOperate scissors and genie lifts in safe mannerPossesses industry tools neededQualifications desired:Certification of completion from an HVAC technical school / 2-year degreeWillingness to continue education in specialty HVAC equipment neededDaikin and / or Mitsubishi VRF/VRV CertifiedChiller Maintenance experienceWalk-in cooler service and maintenance experienceCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
