LICENSED JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install and service water heaters, water softeners, fixtures, sewer lines, and drainage systems
• Perform plumbing inspections and provide recommendations to homeowners
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Complete service documentation and job notes accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
• Follow all local plumbing codes and safety requirements

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Journeyman Plumbing License
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Residential service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

GENERAL MANAGER POSITION

Lead a Growing Plumbing Company

Castlewood Plumbing is seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive company growth, and lead our team to the next level. This position is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and understands how to balance customer satisfaction, employee development, and profitability.

As General Manager, you will work directly with ownership to manage field operations, sales performance, and strategic growth initiatives. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a culture of excellence while ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the plumbing company
• Manage and support plumbers, and field personnel
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct weekly team meetings and performance reviews
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
• Ensure exceptional customer service and customer retention
• Build and review estimates, pricing strategies, and sales performance
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and technician productivity
• Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Analyze financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability
• Resolve customer concerns and escalated service issues
• Collaborate with ownership on business planning and expansion initiatives

Qualifications

• Management experience in home services / plumbing trade a must
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Experience managing service technicians and office personnel
• Understanding of service business operations, dispatching, and customer service
• Ability to interpret financial reports and performance metrics
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan software preferred
• Proven ability to increase revenue, efficiency, and team performance
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
