Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications. Work closely with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency. Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, root cause analysis, and feasibility assessments for proposed solutions and enhancements. Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and design reviews. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Support user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, backlog refinement, and prioritization activities. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions across cross-functional teams. Maintain comprehensive business and functional documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and traceability matrices. Support testing activities by reviewing test scenarios, validating business outcomes, and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations, governance standards, and organizational policies. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within Insurance or Financial Services. Strong experience working with OpenText xPression and/or Exstream Forms platforms. Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions and document generation processes. Experience conducting gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 69058 - 70096 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
