Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:\n\t• 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with a focus on local SEO\n\t• Working knowledge of on-page SEO best practices, including H1s, metadata, and content optimization\n\t• Experience managing or supporting Google Business Profiles\n\t• Experience with Google Analytics 4\n\t• Experience with Google Search Console\n\t• Experience with Screaming Frog\n\t• Strong Microsoft Excel skills\n\t• Experience working with content management systems\n\t• Familiarity with developing and applying taxonomy tags to content\n\t• Ability to communicate progress, risks, opportunities, and recommendations clearly\nAbility to collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when appropriate

This candidate will support the execution of local and on-page SEO initiatives, maintain Google Business Profiles, conduct foundational audits, monitor organic-search performance, and organize content through accurate taxonomy tagging. The ideal candidate brings hands-on SEO experience, familiarity with leading analytics and search tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively across digital teams. This is an execution-focused support position that offers exposure to content optimization, local search, reporting, quality assurance, and enterprise CMS workflows.\nScope note: This role does not own the overall SEO strategy or roadmap, advanced technical SEO initiatives such as migrations or large-scale schema work, or final approval of SEO decisions.
