Descripción General: Responsable de cumplir los objetivos y esfuerzos dirigidos hacia la venta y servicio. Participa activamente en las actividades y gestiones en los diferentes puntos de ventas. Asegura la disponibilidad del producto en góndola, “checkouts” y exhibiciones fuera de góndola. Responsable que los productos cumplan con la ubicación, precio y rotulación correcta.
Deberes y Responsabilidades (tareas esenciales del puesto)
- Ofrecer servicio de “merchandising” exclusivo en las tiendas asignadas
- Colocar y mantener la variedad de productos en góndola
- Mantener la rotación de productos con cero productos fuera de fecha en góndola
- Mantener los modulares según planogramas (POG)
- Montaje de material de rotulación / promocional POP
- Montaje de exhibiciones y “displays”
- Mantener y realizar limpieza en las góndolas
- Toma de inventario
- Tener buena relación y comunicación con Gerentes, Grocery, NoodFood, o Gerentes de departamentos
- Mantener reportes diarios de: OOS y bultos colocados por categorías
- Reportar diariamente a su Supervisor inmediato sobre las visitas a los diferentes puntos de venta
- Cumplir con el servicio en toda la variedad de productos
- Cumplir con las medidas y guías de salud y seguridad
- Cumplir con el registro de tiempo trabajado diario (ponche)
- Tareas adicionales relacionadas al puesto
Requisitos:
- Diploma de Escuela Superior o equivalente
- Experiencia mínima de seis (6) meses en puesto similar o relacionado
- Conocimiento en conceptos básicos de merchandiser
- Licencia de conducir vigente
- Poseer auto propio
- Disponibilidad para viajar (áreas y/o rutas pueden variar acorde al puesto)
