### Assignment Details
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Start Date: September 2026
• Duration: Ongoing
• Schedule:
• Clinic: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• Clinic hours: 8a-5p
• Weeknight beeper call: 5p-7a
• Weekend 24-hour beeper call: 7a-7a
• Approximately 8 call shifts per month
• Flexible scheduling options available:
• Full-time preferred
• 1 week on / 1 week off
• 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• EMR: Epic
### Requirements
• Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN
• Active Oregon license
• DEA
• BLS
• NRP
• Recent OB and GYN case logs for privileging
• Ability to perform both OB and GYN coverage
### Clinical Details
• Outpatient clinic and inpatient call coverage
• Approximately 15 patients per shift
• 0-2 deliveries during 24-hour call shifts
• Routine and complicated deliveries
• C-sections
• Breech deliveries
• Multiple births
• Abruptions
• FHR interpretation
• OB ultrasounds
• Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
• Office gynecology procedures
• Minor gynecologic surgeries
• Emergency ectopic coverage
• Clinic procedures and minor OR gynecology cases
### Support Staff
• 2 RNs
• 4 MAs
### Additional Notes
• Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days
• Virtual interview required with clinical team
• Providers should include interview availability with submission
• Hospital privileges required
