Community Hospitality Manager

What You’ll Do Own the guest experience: You’ll manage the daily operations of your location, ensuring that every client and guest feels welcomed and supported from the moment they step through the door. Build meaningful connections: Form strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing outstanding service. Problem‑solve and take action: From resolving client concerns to addressing operational challenges, you’ll be the go‑to person for keeping things on track. Support sales efforts: Partner with the Area Sales Manager to give tours, help convert prospects into clients, and contribute to our community’s growth. Hands‑on hospitality: Assist with the upkeep of the location, support event setups, and provide occasional remote operational support. What We’re Looking For Hospitality expert: You have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, retail, or a similar industry where you’ve delivered exceptional customer service. Engaging communicator: You’re a natural at both verbal and written communication, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. Organized multitasker: You’re great at managing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing tasks, and staying organized. Tech‑savvy: Familiar with G‑Suite or equivalent office software, and comfortable with basic office equipment.
