What We're Looking For Flow Therapy is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve as a Clinical Director in one of our growing outpatient cardiovascular clinics. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on patient care with clinical leadership in a collaborative, physician-led environment. You'll lead a high-performing clinic team while helping patients improve their quality of life through Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP) — an FDA-cleared, non-invasive therapy that helps improve circulation for patients living with chronic cardiovascular disease. Our Fort Worth clinic is the largest location in the Flow Therapy network , serving as a flagship clinic and an important part of our continued growth. What You'll Do Evaluate new patients and conduct follow-up visits. Educate, motivate, and support patients throughout their treatment journey. Monitor patient progress and clinical outcomes. Lead, coach, and develop Medical Technicians and clinic staff. Foster a positive, patient-centered culture focused on exceptional service. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, documentation, and quality standards. Collaborate with Medical Directors, physicians, and referring providers. Oversee the safe and effective delivery of EECP therapy. Drive patient engagement, treatment completion, and operational excellence. Required Current Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience . ACLS Certification (or ability to obtain). Strong leadership, communication, and patient engagement skills. Passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Preferred Cardiology or cardiovascular experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Flow Therapy
