Cascades at Riverwalk | Midvale, UtahPart Time Respiratory TherapistSchedule: Thursday 6am - 6pm AND Friday 6pm-6amPosition OverviewCascades at Riverwalk is seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist to join our clinical team as we expand respiratory care services within our skilled nursing facility.This role is responsible for providing respiratory treatments, monitoring residents with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions, and collaborating with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective respiratory management and optimal resident outcomes.At Cascades Healthcare, we are committed to a people-first culture guided by our core values:Lead with integrity. Our clinical teams emphasize compassionate care, strong collaboration, and excellent outcomes for residents transitioning through post-acute recovery or long-term care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide respiratory therapy services to residents with pulmonary and respiratory care needsAssess respiratory status and monitor residents receiving oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and other respiratory interventionsCollaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement respiratory care plansMonitor treatment effectiveness and adjust interventions as appropriateEducate residents, families, and staff on respiratory conditions, treatments, and equipment useEnsure proper documentation of respiratory treatments and clinical observationsMaintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulationsSupport facility initiatives to expand respiratory care capabilities and improve resident outcomesQualificationsCurrent Respiratory Therapist license in good standingExperience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or hospital respiratory therapy preferredStrong communication skills and ability to work with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teamsAbility to make sound clinical decisions independently when appropriateUnderstanding of respiratory care practices and applicable healthcare regulationsReliable, compassionate, and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environmentApplyIf you are a Respiratory Therapist who enjoys working closely with residents, supporting recovery, and contributing to strong clinical outcomes, we encourage you to apply.Join the team at Cascades at Riverwalk and help deliver exceptional respiratory care to the residents we serve.
