• Perform thorough inspections of rental equipment, including construction machinery, aerial lifts, earthmoving equipment, tractors, and hand tools, to evaluate condition, functionality, and safety compliance.
• Assist mechanics with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing worn or damaged parts and preparing equipment for rental.
• Operate a pressure washer to clean and prepare rental equipment, ranging from large construction equipment to small tools, ensuring equipment is clean and ready for customer use.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and ensure equipment meets safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections, maintenance, repairs, parts used, and completed work.
• Assist customers with safely loading and unloading rental equipment as needed.
• Operate company vehicles when required to support daily operations.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

• 2-3 years of current experience
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to stand the heat working outdoor 80% of the shift
• Knowledge of Hand and Power tools
• Experienced of Forklifts, Scissor lifts, Boom Lifts
• Experienced of good Customer Service
• Valid Drivers License with Clean Driving Record
