For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. • Full-time 40 hours per week 
• Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Fully on site at 100 Campus Drive Scarborough, ME

In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. You will handle incoming phone calls, manage patient scheduling, process referrals, and perform administrative tasks that help keep our practice running smoothly. We are a patient-centered team that values communication, professionalism, and a supportive work environment.

Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $19.87 to $23.75 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
