Overview
The position is a travel Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech specializing in cardiac imaging, based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This assignment starts on 11/16/2026 and runs for 13 weeks in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,181 to $2,270, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. The schedule consists of four 10-hour days (10x4).

- Holiday coverage: Must work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday as specified Responsibilities
- Perform and acquire transthoracic echocardiography studies and related cardiac ultrasound exams per protocol.
- Operate ultrasound equipment, optimize images, and perform Doppler and other cardiac imaging as required.
- Properly position patients, maintain safety and infection control, and ensure high-quality image acquisition.
- Document findings, generate and organize study data for review by interpreting physicians.
- Communicate clearly with the care team regarding exam status and any patient considerations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, perform routine QC checks, and ensure exam accreditation standards are met. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty (cardiac sonography/echo).
- Appropriate echocardiography credential: RDCS, RCS, RCCS, CRCS, or ACS from ARDMS/CCI/Sonography Canada.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and adhere to patient safety and workflow standards.
- Must meet assignment-specific credentialing requirements and be eligible for travel assignments. Benefits and Support
