Senior Security Consultant, SOAR

To enhance Cyber Defense Center operations, the full-time Senior Security Consultant, SOAR will identify automation opportunities, advise on security technologies, and create Python-based SOAR playbooks while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Identify challenges in customer Cyber Defense Centers and formulate strategies for improvement Advise on technologies used by client CDC, CSIRT, and Security Operations Center (SOC) Create and modify SOAR playbooks using Python to assist in incident response Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field 5 years of experience with Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) technologies 3 years of experience with Security Operations Center (SOC) or Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python Virtual Vocations Inc
