TALENT ACQUISITION SOURCING SPECIALIST

Summary This position is primarily remote. Candidates must be local to regularly attend key on‑site meetings and facilitate and represent the Talent Acquisition team at LifeBridge‑hosted hiring events, community events and university job fairs. Position Summary Under the direction of Talent Acquisition leadership, the Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing and screening qualified applicants to develop an ongoing pipeline of passive and active candidates using key sourcing techniques. They enhance applicant candidate pools and hiring productivity and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. Essential Functions Talent Sourcing Works with Talent Acquisition Consultants to identify candidate requirements and expectations, utilizing strategies to support a high level of candidate experience throughout the sourcing process. SOURCES candidates through traditional and creative techniques to build talent pipelines, including passive talent re‑engagement, talent community engagement, candidate pipeline management, utilizing various recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, CRM, social media, Emissary, etc. Research industry competitors and build market knowledge targets to understand talent markets, including diverse candidate slates. Supports outreach for key initiatives such as referrals and rehires. Develops and maintains go‑to‑market strategies in addition to Talent Acquisition Consultant sourcing efforts. Recruitment Marketing Supports audit efforts for external market postings and creative job posting enhancements. Co‑ordinates internal recruitment events, virtual hiring events and external hiring events in partnership with Talent Acquisition Consultants. Supports campaign creation, flyer/social media generation, and vendor partner strategy support to include Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, AppCast and more. Hiring Event Support Participates in recruitment events to introduce LifeBridge Health to potential candidates. Develops and maintains professional relationships with community partners, college and university offices as a source to generate applicants. Collaborates with TA Consultants, Workforce Development, LBH Councils, and leaders in execution of job/career fairs. Talent Acquisition Administrative Support Tracks candidate pipeline, submittals, hires and sourcing activity to share with TA leadership. Supports audit efforts for external market postings and creative job posting enhancements. Provides timely follow‑up on candidate status and maintains regular updates between sourcing and status of candidates. Qualifications and Requirements Formal working knowledge equivalent to an associate’s degree; requires knowledge of a specialized field. 1‑3 years of experience, preferably in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition. Must have computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel), ability to operate standard office equipment, work regularly within systems such as Applicant Tracking System, HRIS, and other recruitment sourcing tools.
