Schedule 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday Position Summary This position supports all areas of branch operations by performing front desk reception duties and providing general office support as needed. The role also assists with departmental projects, primarily supporting the Parts Department. Responsibilities include managing mail services, answering and directing calls through the main phone system, providing clerical support, ordering and stocking promotional items, receiving shipments, and supporting the branch purchase order process through tracking POs, reviewing vendor packing slips, and processing invoices. Competencies Strong work ethic and professional attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to manage a multi-line phone system. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years of general office, administrative, and/or receptionist experience preferred Employee Benefits 401(k): Match and employer discretionary contribution.
