Guest Services Concierge - Front Desk

Shaner Hotels is seeking a dedicated individual for a flexible role that includes customer service responsibilities, working weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in customer service and preferably in a hotel environment. Responsibilities include handling guest check-ins/outs, addressing complaints courteously, and providing information about local attractions.
