Key Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors Answer phones and direct calls appropriately Provide information and support for resident services Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area Assist with administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Flexible schedule Benefits Free parking On-the-job training Employment Details Employee Type: Non-Exempt PRN Job Category: Administration Base Pay: $18.00 / Hour Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem; Days, evenings, and weekend shifts available.
