The CEO will provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the client, guiding the organization through a dynamic and increasingly competitive insurance landscape. Responsibilities include driving sustainable growth, strengthening partnerships, expanding member engagement, and ensuring operational excellence within a largely outsourced business model. The CEO will also ensure that products, partnerships, and practices remain responsive to the diverse and evolving needs of social workers across communities and practice settings. The client will support equitable and inclusive search practices throughout the hiring process.
