European Performance is hiring a Skilled Technician in Billings, Montana.

We’re looking for a technician with real experience on European vehicles who takes pride in doing things the right way. Someone who can diagnose, think through problems, and produce quality work consistently.

We specialize in Audi, VW, Porsche, BMW, MINI, and Mercedes-Benz. Our shop is built around quality, professionalism, and strong customer service, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair European vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform maintenance and repair work to a high standard
• Follow a solid diagnostic process instead of relying on guesswork
• Document findings clearly and thoroughly
• Work well with the team and contribute to a professional shop environment

Qualifications

• Experience working on European vehicles
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
