Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where recognized./lili1 years of demonstrated experience/liliValid driver license with proof of insurance in applicable states/liliClear background screening/liliWorking knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts/liliValid and current CPR card/certificate with in person instructor led hands on skills check/liliClear Hep B Screening in applicable states/liliClear TB Screening in applicable states/li/ulpPREFERRED:/ppSTATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:/ppFlorida:/ppIllinois:/ppValid driver license with proof of insurance: Not required. Staff are prohibited from driving patients./ppHep B Screening: Not a prerequisite for hire. Completed as part of the onboarding process./ppPennsylvania:/ppAdditional Background Screening: Child Abuse, and FBI check./ppMust complete TB screening with 2 step PPD, or 1 step PPD with proof of 2 step PPD administration within the last year./ppTexas:/ppN/A/ppKEY COMPETENCIES/pulliThe ability to read and communicate in English both verbally and in writing./li/ulpWORKING CONDITIONS/EQUIPMENT USE/pulliWork is performed in the patients home - not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
