Registered Nurse, PCU in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Start date: 08/17/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,672 - $1,795 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 2x3-day shifts. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to adult patients in PCU/IMCU, including cardiac conditions such as STEMI and NSTEMI
- Monitor telemetry and hemodynamic status; administer cardiac medications and infusions per orders (e.g., Milrinone, Dobutamine, vasopressors)
- Respond to acute changes in patient condition; collaborate with the cardiac care team to implement interventions
- Perform comprehensive assessments, manage IV therapy, wound care, and support patient mobility and safety
- Document in the electronic medical record; communicate effectively during shift handoffs and with the care team
- Maintain an appropriate nurse-to-patient ratio (approximately 1:3 to 4) and support telemetry beds as needed

Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia (or eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years of PCU/IMCU experience in a facility with similar size (28 beds)
- Documented PCU experience in work history
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Cardiac care experience including STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, CP; comfortable managing cardiac drips
- Ability to work in a high-acuity, telemetry-capable unit

Education
- Graduate of an approved RN program; RN licensure in good standing
