We build fan-focused and data-driven websites and campaigns that deliver our artists' content to millions of fans around the world. We're the backbone of the marketing teams -- providing program and project management, production services, and full stack enterprise solutions while maintaining operational efficiency and scalability.Your role:The Project Manager is a key part of the team and is responsible for leading, documenting, and managing complex and high-profile projects and creative campaigns across various channels. You will work with a team of designers and developers to build web campaigns that will reach millions of music fans around the world. You will have the opportunity to brainstorm with stakeholders to execute on marketing initiatives to ensure optimal success and efficiency. You will also be a key part in creating the blueprints for success for future web campaigns. If you love music, technology, and the internet, this job is for you.Working closely with Artists, Management, Music Labels, Marketing and eCommerce teams you will help architect and deliver integrated digital campaigns. You will use your strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams to deliver amazing customer experiences across multiple digital properties. Our website are key to our ability to attract, engage and retain fans for our artists and a critical component of our labels service to their artists.Here you'll get to:Work with a project team to understand scope and requirements; review assets, timelines, guidelines, activities, and documentation.Review priorities and plans for labels, artist and brand managers to plan and schedule work.Partner with stakeholders to update priorities and load balance based on real time input and updated goals.Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.Monitor timelines and progress of projects to ensure efficient, on-time delivery of work while being able to assess and address any issues or concerns that may impact the success of the project.Regularly and effectively communicate to cross-functional team members about project status.Work with developers and engineers to assess, document, and resolve any technical challenges affecting websites and web platforms.Gather development/design requirements and manage scope creep through change control, phased delivery or other methods to ensure projects deliver on time and on budget.Help delegate and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to the development team.Understand the user experience in each project and ensure the client request is fulfilledEnsure that projects and campaigns are in full compliance with all company policies and standards.About you:You have an understanding of various Project Management methods: Agile, Lean, Kanban, and Waterfall.You have knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Gantt Charts).You have an understanding of creative and software development processesYou have excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to initiate and drive improvements.You have proven ability to motivate, support, and collaborate with various teams. You can easily work with everyone from designers to web developers to digital marketers.You have experience in excelling within fast-paced, high output environments.You have the ability to execute and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.You have excellent written and verbal communication, including strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.You have a keen sense of urgency and strong follow-up skills.You have experience using a content management system (CMS), such as Drupal or WordpressYou have a general understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.You have experience administering JIRA, ASANA, Monday, AirTable or a similar project management platform.We'd love it if you also had:2-3 years related experience in a digital, media, or software development organization3-5 years of Project Management experience.Bachelor's DegreeExperience running scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.Experience writing comprehensive project plans, production schedules, budget estimates and similar project artifacts.Together, we are Warner Music Group: Independent Minds.
