This is an opportunity to make a visible impact through complex, enterprise-wide programs that support both technology modernization and customer experience improvement.Role SummaryThe Senior IT Project Manager will lead a large-scale visitor experience technology initiative focused on enhancing the end-to-end guest journey, from pre-arrival planning through on-site access and departure. Located in Los Angeles, CA, this role will oversee complex projects involving software, hardware, infrastructure, and system integration components while partnering with executive stakeholders, business leaders, vendors, and technical teams to drive successful outcomes. This position requires a hands-on project leader who can operate effectively across operational, technical, and strategic environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and project closure.Manage a strategic visitor experience technology program involving software, hardware, infrastructure, and integrated systems.Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and status reporting.Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive consensus among business, operational, and technical teams.Monitor project financials and ensure adherence to approved budgets and timelines.Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party implementation partners.Develop change management and communication strategies to support adoption and organizational readiness.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues and escalations.Prepare executive presentations, project updates, and post-implementation reviews.Track project dependencies across multiple teams and business units.Ensure solutions align with organizational objectives, technology standards, and user experience goals.Additional DetailsHybrid: Three onsite days per week with flexibility based on project requirementsThree-year limited-term employment opportunityAlternative 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday offOpportunity to lead a highly visible, organization-wide technology modernization initiativeFrequent collaboration with executives, business leaders, vendors, and technical teamsRequirementsCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $118,000 - $150,000 annuallyMedical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plans with employer contributions and matching opportunitiesPaid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and personal time offProfessional development and educational assistance programsWellness and fitness resourcesFlexible work arrangementsCommunity engagement and volunteer opportunitiesEvery-other-Friday off schedule for eligible employeesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience managing complex technology implementation projectsProven track record leading projects involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and dependenciesExperience managing both software and infrastructure or hardware-related initiativesStrong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance experienceExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providersStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentialExperience leading visitor experience, facility technology, access control, transportation, parking, or operational technology projectsBackground managing projects that combine hardware, software, infrastructure, and system integration componentsExperience with enterprise platforms, data integration, and digital transformation initiativesFamiliarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologiesExperience working within large, complex organizations with diverse stakeholder groupsProficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Workfront, or similar platformsExperience supporting nonprofit, cultural, educational, public sector, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.Job typePerm
